Empower Technologies Announces Participation at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2005

Richmond, British Columbia – December 22, 2004 - Empower Technologies Corporation (“Empower”) is pleased to announce the participation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Empower Technologies, Inc. of Redmond, Washington, at one of the world’s largest consumer electronics tradeshows, “Consumer Electronics Show 2005” to be held January 6 to 10, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The CES is one of the largest USA trade fairs and has been continuously growing year after year. This year there will be in excess of 150,000 visitors, 4,000 media press members and over 110 participating countries with 2,400 plus major exhibitors.
